ALDEIS is a constitutional global organization with explicit governance structures, ethical standards, and accountability mechanisms. We are non-political, non-religious, and organized according to principles of distributed authority, transparent leadership, and ethical rigor.
Constitutional Foundation
ALDEIS is founded on a constitution that establishes:

Decentralized Governance Model
ALDEIS is deliberately decentralized to prevent accumulation of power and ensure alignment with doctrine rather than personality:
Global Council
Representatives from major Circles and strategic partners ensure global coordination and doctrine alignment. Authority is distributed, not concentrated.
Circle Autonomy
Each Circle governs itself within the constitutional framework. Circles may organize differently but cannot violate core doctrine.
Regional Coordination
Geographically-based circles coordinate through regional councils on local issues while maintaining connection to global framework.
Disciplinary Council
Independent body addressing violations of ethics or doctrine. Designed to protect integrity while ensuring fair process.
Constitutional Assembly
Periodic assembly of leadership to consider constitutional amendments. High bar for change to preserve foundational principles.
Ethical Framework
ALDEIS ethics are rooted in principles, not ideology. We hold all members to standards of:
Treatment of all people with respect. Rejection of exploitation, discrimination, and dehumanization in all forms.
Truthfulness in relationships, communications, and transactions. No deception for personal gain.
Accountability for actions and their consequences. No hiding behind anonymity or collective responsibility.
Caring for resources, knowledge, and relationships entrusted to our care. Not for exploitation but for transmission.
Fair treatment according to objective standards. Rejection of favoritism, nepotism, and bias.
Willingness to speak truth and take right action even when difficult. No complicity with injustice.
Political & Religious Neutrality
ALDEIS is neither political nor religious, though we welcome members of all political views and faith traditions. This means:
- No endorsementsWe do not endorse political parties, candidates, or movements. Members may hold diverse political views.
- No religious requirementMembership is open to people of all faiths and secular perspectives. We respect conscience.
- Universal principlesOur doctrine transcends political and religious divides, speaking to human dignity and responsibility.
- Respectful disagreementMembers may disagree on politics and faith while remaining united in purpose and doctrine.
Transparency & Accountability
Leadership decisions and governance structures are transparent. We are accountable to our members and the public.
Resources are managed ethically and transparently. No hidden spending or personal enrichment of leadership.
Clear processes for addressing disputes. Fair hearing for all parties. No arbitrary punishment.
We acknowledge failures and learn from them. Governance structures are reviewed and improved over time.
Non-Profit, Global INGO Structure
ALDEIS is a non-profit international non-governmental organization (INGO). This means:
- No profit distributionSurplus resources are reinvested in our mission, not distributed to members or leadership.
- Global governanceWe operate across borders and sovereign states, accountable to our constitutional framework and international law.
- IndependenceWe are independent from any government, political party, or religious institution.
- Tax complianceWe comply with tax and regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions where we operate.
